Holly Zhang has over 25 years of experience in information technology development, business analysis and adult education. She had taught various courses in information technology at university level for six years in China before she came to Canada in 1992. Ms. Zhang has worked as a Business Support Analyst and a Business Analyst, and is currently a Senior Business Advisor. Her business analysis experience includes enterprise analysis, business process improvement, requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation, user acceptance testing, system support and change management.
