Strategic Planning for Non-Profit Leaders
This highly interactive two-day workshop is designed for nonprofit executives, senior leaders, board members, and key stakeholders responsible for shaping the future direction of their organization. Participants will work through a proven strategic planning framework that explores how to develop stakeholder insights, organizational strengths and challenges, mission, vision and values, strategic priorities, implementation planning, and long-term success measures.
Through a combination of practical tools, collaborative discussion, and real-world examples, participants will gain the knowledge, confidence, and structure needed to develop a focused, actionable strategic plan that inspires alignment, guides decision-making, and drives meaningful impact.
This course is ideal for:
- Executive Directors and CEOs of nonprofit organizations
- Senior leaders and directors responsible for organizational strategy

- Identify 3–4 focused, strategic priorities that maximize return on resources and impact towards the vision
- Build concrete goals, strategies, and actions that support each priority, with realistic timelines and resources attached
- Turn your strategy into action with built-in accountability structures and the flexibility to adapt as circumstances evolve
- Develop the mindset, tools, and confidence to sustain momentum, measure progress, and lead your organization toward long-term success
