Presenter:

  • Lukas Klose
    • Lukas has been working in project delivery for over 20 years as a software engineer in financial, educational, and retail sectors.  As Director of Web Publishing at Electronic Arts, he transitioned the department to be agile.  This piqued his interest to help other companies reap the benefits of agile as an Agile Coach and trainer.  He has helped transition many organizations to agile including Global banks, insurance companies, government branches, retailers, animation studios and from start-ups to fortune 500 companies.

AI creates an unusual implementation challenge: the range of possible solutions is enormous, while our understanding of what will actually work is often limited. Trying to plan the entire journey upfront can therefore be counterproductive.

Agile offers a different approach. Instead of committing to a solution before we have enough evidence, we can use small experiments to turn uncertainty into learning and use that learning to shape the roadmap.

We'll explore what an MVP really means in an AI context, how to identify an MVP worth pursuing, and how to design experiments that generate useful evidence rather than simply produce a prototype. We'll look at how to move from a business problem to a hypothesis, from hypothesis to experiment, and from experiment to the next decision.

The result is not a fixed AI implementation plan. It is a roadmap that becomes smarter as you learn.

Gain some practical options to apply agile thinking to AI initiatives, particularly where the right solution, workflow or business value is not yet fully known.

Webinar recording will be sent to registrants after the event.
