Mumtaz Chaudhary is an accomplished change leadership strategist and the Chief Experience Officer & Co-Founder of Pragilis Solutions—a boutique consultancy that helps CEOs and executives anticipate and lead change before it arrives. With over a decade of experience consulting across sectors including education, energy, mining, machinery, and financial services, Mumtaz brings a practical, people-first approach to organizational transformation.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology and Society from the University of Calgary, where she cultivated a deep understanding of how innovation, systems, and human behavior intersect—an insight that continues to shape her work with leaders and organizations today.
Mumtaz is a Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP) and a Prosci® methodology expert, known for blending agile, design-thinking, and lean principles to build change-ready cultures. She contributes regularly to publications such as Consult Magazine and Change Management Review and is a sought-after speaker on how organizations can engage their people to deliver successful transformation—whether digital, strategic, or structural.
In addition to her consulting work, Mumtaz serves as a Board Governor for the Business Council of British Columbia, where she provides strategic oversight on issues impacting the province’s economic and social future.
