Ben Reuhman got his first taste of transformation at IPONZ, New Zealand's patent office, helping build the world's first fully online patent filing system. After immigrating to Canada, he joined BC Hydro before leading enterprise transformation at Seaspan, including a full HSEQ transformation across a unionized workforce of 150+ mariners. At STEMCELL Technologies, Canada's largest biotechnology company, he built an enterprise project management office from inception, governing a multi-million dollar portfolio and sustaining 85%+ team engagement. He believes the biggest barrier to delivering at scale usually isn't the technology, it's the governance and people systems built around it. Ben now works independently, helping organizations get to the root cause of that kind of friction, rather than treating its symptoms. He mentors emerging leaders through Product BC.
