• Fees and taxes if applicable are quoted in Canadian dollars and are due before the start of your course or program. 
• There is no fee differential for International students. 
• Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard.

Alumni Professional Development Scholarships 

PMI CWCC Scholarship 

Deadline: January 26, 2026  | Start date: February 2, 2026

We have partnered with PMI Canadian West Coast Chapter to award two scholarships of $1,000 in course-fee credits to eligible PMI Members interested in Agile Leadership, Business Analysis, Change Management, Data and Marketing Analytics, and Project Management courses.

IIBA Vancouver Scholarship

Deadline: January 9, 2026  | Start date: February 9, 2026

We have collaborated with IIBA Vancouver Chapter to share in awarding one $1,000 scholarship in course-fee credits to eligible IIBA members interested in Agile Leadership, Business Analysis, and Data and Marketing Analytics.

ProductBC Scholarship

We have collaborated with ProductBC to share in awarding one $3,495 scholarship that covers the full tuition for the Product Management Bootcamp. Must be a member of ProductBC to qualify.

BIG Difference BC Scholarship

UBC’s Advanced Professional Certificate in Behavioural Insights: One $4,000 scholarship towards tuition costs for the certificate.

The Peter Frost Scholarship 

The Peter Frost Scholarship was established in 2004 to honour Peter Frost, an internationally renowned leadership researcher and educator at the UBC Sauder School of Business, and the founder of the Advanced Leadership Program.

The scholarship is designed to enable not-for-profit sector leaders to attend this unique, immersive program. Sponsoring organizations are offered a special program fee of $2,990 (plus GST & HST).

Application Requirements

Candidates must be senior level leaders in a non-profit organization, who are moving up to an executive position.

Prospective candidates must submit a formal written application to the Scholarship Selection Committee, describing:

1. Your professional background and the nature and scope of your current role within the organization
2. Why you feel you should be considered for the scholarship
3. The benefit you hope to gain from attending the program
4. How your attendance will serve your organization
5. To the best of your knowledge, what unique perspectives will you contribute to the class experience

Candidates must also send a letter of reference from their Executive Director or Board Chair.

Financial support up to $5,000 is available to BC Government employees for professional development training. Learn more

BC Employer Training Grant (ETG)

All Professional Growth courses are eligible for grants of up to 80% of the total cost of training* with the ETG program. Please check the B.C. Employer Training Grant website for employer and employee eligibility, deadlines, and application process. 

*Up to $10,000 per employee, with a maximum annual amount per employer of $300,000 (per fiscal year, April 1 - March 31). 

Student loans 

Our courses and programs are not eligible for BC or Canada Student Loans. 

Tuition tax receipts

Select UBC Sauder Professional Growth courses and programs except for GMAT, LSAT, CSM and PMP preparation courses qualify for non-refundable tax credits and education amounts. If you are eligible for a T2202 Tuition and Education Certificate, you will be notified by email in late February with instructions on how to obtain your tax receipt. Canada Revenue Agency requires your SIN to be included on the tuition tax receipt. Please ensure your SIN has been added to your student profile.
