Change Management Bootcamp

The UBC Sauder Certificate in Change Management Bootcamp is an intensive 10-week program that combines live online sessions with independent study. 5. Developing the Change Management Plan – Translate strategy into actionable steps through detailed planning and execution.

6. Executing and Sustaining the Change – Learn to implement, monitor, and maintain change initiatives to ensure long-term success.

7. Closing the Change and Handing it Over – Evaluate outcomes, complete lessons learned, and formalize project closure.

8. Understanding Human Behaviour – Gain insight into individual responses to change and strategies for managing resistance.

9. Creating a Culture of Change – Build organizational capability and maturity to embrace change as an ongoing discipline.

10. Emerging Trends in Change Management – Explore future-focused topics such as Agile, AI, inclusivity, and cultural sensitivity.
