This course builds on the foundations of CM Fundamentals and moves you into the practical analysis and planning phase of a change initiative. You will assess organizational readiness, conduct a structured Change Impact Assessment, and develop a comprehensive Change Management Strategy and Approach that addresses risks, stakeholders, and complexity. Through applied tools and real-world frameworks, you’ll learn how to plan for adoption, measure success, and sustain change with strong leadership alignment and stakeholder buy-in.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Identify the key components involved in evaluating an organization’s current state and readiness for change.
  • Describe the purpose and process of conducting a change impact assessment, including stakeholder analysis techniques.
