Change Management Implementing and Evaluating
Building on the foundations established in earlier courses, this course focuses on bringing your Change Management Strategy and Plan to life. This course emphasizes execution, measurement, sustainment, and closure of change initiatives, aligning with industry best practices. You will move from planning into action—learning how to implement your Change Management Plan, monitor adoption and performance, address resistance in real time, and sustain outcomes. The course also explores how to evaluate success, capture lessons learned, and effectively transition ownership to ensure long-term impact.

- Develop key implementation deliverables, including a Change Management Plan, Measurement Plan, and Sustainment Plan.
