Join us for a free webinar to explore the UBC Sauder Change Management Certificate, where our lead instructor will guide attendees through the change process and how it helps individuals and organizations move confidently toward a desired future state. The session will walk you through the key stages of assessing readiness, shaping strategy, developing and executing a plan, and closing the effort effectively. Our program alumni will also join in to share how they apply these practical frameworks in their day-to-day work and the impact it has had in their roles.
Presenters:
Instructor - John Boylan, M.Ed., CCMP™ - John is an experienced change management practitioner with 10 years of leading large and complex business transformations in the public sector. He earned his Master’s in Educational Leadership & Student Affairs, is Prosci-certified (2019) and holds the CCMP™ designation (2021). He also serves as an active board member with the ACMP Vancouver Chapter, contributing to the advancement of change management practices across the region.
Alumni - Kara Vogt, Undergraduate Program Lead & Sessional Instructor, UBC Dietetics Program - Kara is the Undergraduate Program Lead and a Sessional Instructor with the UBC Dietetics Program. A seasoned healthcare professional and education leader, she brings rich experience across the non-profit, education, and healthcare sectors. Kara holds a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition & Health from UBC and a Master of Educational Leadership from SFU. She is also a graduate from the 2024–2025 UBC Sauder Change Management Program.
