Graduation Request Form

Use this form if you would like to receive your official UBC Certificate and final transcript. Ensure you have completed all course requirements per the program curriculum at the time you enrolled in the program before submitting a graduation request.

Please note:

There is no fee for a Digital Certificate, which will take between 1-2 weeks to receive.
There is a $150 fee for Paper Certificates. Only Business Analysis or Project Management programs qualify for a paper certificate.

Requests received between December to May are sent out in August.
Request received between June to November are sent out in February.
