Edward is an information technology manager at the City of Richmond with over 30 years of experience advancing and advocating management practices across the City’s operations. He has successfully delivered enterprise-wide, large-scale transformations and high-value projects, with a solid track record of setting and delivering strategy. These initiatives have extended the City’s digital interface and provide real-time information that engages, serves and connects with the community.
He teaches at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business Professional Growth for the past 5 years where he specialized in project management, business analysis and strategy execution. His most recent PMI Certifications include Artificial Intelligence (CPMAI), Sustainability (GPM-b) and Project Management Office (PMOCP).
As an active volunteer, Edward has served as a review team member for PMBOK Guide 7th edition and a contributor to the 8th edition. He is also active with PMI Global Accreditation Center for Project Management Education Programs (GAC), the world’s leading specialized accrediting body for project management and related degree and credit-bearing certificate programs.
