Lukas has been working in project delivery for over 20 years as a software engineer in financial, educational, and retail sectors. As Director of Web Publishing at Electronic Arts, he transitioned the department to be agile. This piqued his interest to help other companies reap the benefits of agile as an Agile Coach and trainer. He has helped transition many organizations to agile including Global banks, insurance companies, government branches, retailers, animation studios and from start-ups to fortune 500 companies.
