For those needing a more flexible schedule, our Online program delivers each course over 4-6 weeks guided by an Online Project Management coach with several offerings a year to enable completion within 6-7 months.

Great project managers don't just manage tasks — they lead people. Based on original research by instructor and project leadership expert Robert Goatham, this course examines how effective project leaders think, communicate, and build buy-in across teams and stakeholders. You'll learn how to navigate the nuanced realities of influencing without authority, driving alignment, and sustaining momentum through uncertainty — skills that are essential for anyone leading from the middle of an organization.

Today's projects demand flexibility. This course equips you with the agile mindset, tools, and techniques needed to lead projects in environments where requirements evolve, priorities shift, and speed of delivery matters. You'll explore Agile frameworks and learn how to apply them alongside — or in place of — traditional waterfall approaches, and develop the judgment to know when each is appropriate.

Put everything you've learned to the test. Built around a real-world case study, this capstone course places you in the role of a newly hired project manager brought in to rescue a troubled project. Working in a team, you'll diagnose what went wrong, develop a recovery plan, and apply the full range of project management concepts and leadership skills from across the program. It's a powerful way to consolidate your learning and walk away with applied experience you can speak to directly.
