Leadership

Principles of Authentic Leadership

Be the kind of leader that people want to follow

Organizations today are looking for leaders who people perceive to be authentic. We all know an authentic leader when we see one—but what makes them so easy to follow?

Drawing on extensive research and real-world experience, this course explores practical ways you can bring the full power of your authentic self to your leadership role. See what makes certain leaders stand out as “real” and what inspires people to support them. Learn to project a natural presence that others can trust in an uncertain world. Win engagement rather than mere compliance, by linking your leadership objectives to people’s needs. Enjoy work more and advance your career, as you connect with your true purpose and passion.

Authenticity. You can’t fake it, but you can learn it. It’s a skillset that every leader or future leader needs to know!
