Thinking on Your Feet: Communicating in a Dynamic Environment

Lead with agility, spontaneity and creativity

There is no script for great leadership. Leadership is constantly shifting, requiring leaders to observe what is happening in the moment, adapt on a dime, improvise with whatever is at hand, and communicate in compelling ways.

In this workshop, you will learn techniques of improvisation and integrate them into your managerial skill set. Face uncertainty with equanimity, and develop a confident, “ready for anything” mindset that enables you to adapt instantly to rapidly changing situations. Take creative leaps, and make well-calibrated decisions on the fly. Improve your communication skills by getting “off of the page” and “into the moment.” Develop shared narratives with your team to increase collaboration and participation. Let your authentic self shine through, to better engage and influence people as a leader at work and in life.
