Keith is a Lean Healthcare Black Belt with more than 30 years of experience in process and business improvements, quality, continuous improvement efforts, business analytics, simulation and scheduling, technology and system integration, and healthcare clinical planning. Formerly Keith was the Director of Healthcare Services with Fujitsu Canada. In this role he was involved in many business workflow redesigns to instruct facility improvements and design, and led successful process improvement projects using Lean methodologies in both private and government funded healthcare organizations.

Magdelene is a Director of True Hoshin Consulting Inc. and a certified Lean Healthcare Master Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt coach, Facilitator, Prosci certified Change Management and seasoned Project Manager. For over 30 years, she has applied her expertise in operational engineering, business process analysis, improvement and transformation, change management, strategic planning, Lean facility design, business case development and strategy implementation to many improvement processes for both public and private healthcare enterprise.
